STEP 1:
You can submit a copy of your house plans to our
office via Mail, Fax or Drop by in person to view our
showroom and discuss your Kitchen requirements. If you are
unable to do this, Our Director Richard is available to
come to your Home to measure up and discuss your preferred
designs and make practical recommendations.
STEP 2:
We will then design your Kitchen on our Computer
using our Software program–Cabinetware, which will generate
a 3D colour picture of your Kitchen design along with
Floor Plans and Elevations.
STEP 3:
We will then phone you and advise that your quote is
ready and ask that you come into our office and showroom
to discuss the design and the quotation and also inspect
our facilities on offer. There is NO OBLIGATION at this
stage.
STEP 4:
If you do not accept our quote but would like to obtain
copies of the detailed plans and elevations, a
professional fee of $300.00 applicable. If you DO accept
our quote, we will draw up a basic contract and you will be
welcome to a full set of plans at no charge. We will require
a 10% Deposit to confirm your order..
STEP 5:
We will organise a mutually convenient time to ‘check
measure’ your home to ensure our plans are accurate.
STEP 6:
We
require your Appliances at our Factory before we start
to manufacture your Kitchen to ensure a ‘perfect fit’. We
do offer an additional service whereby we can purchase
appliances at Discount Trade Prices. Please supply us
with the Make & Model Nos. of your chosen brands.
STEP 7:
The manufacture your Kitchen will take between 3-4 weeks
from start date depending on the finishes you have chosen.
STEP 8:
We will liaise with you on our progress to ensure we
co-ordinate the necessary Tradespeople (e.g Plumbers,
Electricians, etc.) or we are able to use our own
professional Tradespeople and DO IT ALL FOR YOU!
STEP 9:
When your Kitchen is near completion at our Factory,
we encourage you to come in and view it before we fit it.
STEP 10:
We will install your Kitchen to your Complete
Satisfaction and will Guarantee our workmanship for 7
YEARS.
